Sing Stark is seeking dedicated community members to join our board! Sing Stark is a local nonprofit dedicated to serving the greater Stark County area by igniting the power of singing to inspire our community and improve health and well-being. Now is your chance to join our amazing board and be a part of sharing the power of music to make an impact! We are proud to offer multiple community choir programs serving a diverse range of singers. Our choirs include Senior Sing, for anyone 55+ who wants to join a community through song; Vox Audio, our fantastic pop a cappella group; Sing Out, Stark County’s first LGBTQIA+ community choir; and the Resilience Choir, a supportive singing space for those facing food insecurity, homelessness, and other challenges. Sing Stark has continued to inspire the Stark County community for over 80 years! As we grow and evolve, we are seeking board members with a passion to serve or interest in music. Experience in the following areas is highly desirable: physical/mental health, finance, nonprofit management and fundraising, LGBTQIA+ community, youth programming, or music education.
