Overall purpose of the position:
Leadership Stark County is seeking a Part-Time Program Manager to lead, manage, and support programs and activities that contribute to the success of both Leadership Stark County and the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce. This role requires close collaboration with the Executive Director, with an estimated commitment of 15-25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, and implement both new and existing programs in coordination with the Executive Director.
  • Coordinate logistics and assist in the planning of Spotlight and Youth Leadership Academy program days.
  • Document program activities using social media, email recaps, and photography.
  • Assist in managing participants, volunteers, and speakers for Leadership Stark County programs.
  • Track program participation, collect feedback, and help evaluate the impact and effectiveness of programs.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and creating reports.
  • Represent Leadership Stark County and the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce at community events and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and promote programs.

  • Educational Background: An associate degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
